That would be a smart move. If you're going to go into social and just mess around and have fun, you shouldn't have to get destroyed by a team of Generals. You should play people with similar skill.

Eh all the reviews kind of say the same thing and it's starting to get similar scores in the 7-8 range. Not a bad game, but not awesome either. Maybe they'll build onto a decent game with a sequel.
To be honest, the price itself isn't really that bad. What is bad is that they've had all these fans stand behind their glitchy, half done MP and now they're going to rip those people off. For all the community has done basically play testing for them, since they obviously didn't do much of it themselves, they could show some appreciation.
That's the reason you shouldn't buy it. Not the price (although a bit high).
That is exactly what I plan on doing. Forget that mess. I'm not paying 15 bucks for 3 new maps in a glitchy/broken game. It's fun to play every now and then but now they're really ripping people off.
I was looking for a reason to trade it in and get BFBC2, now I have that reason.

It's a stripped down Halo 3 engine with upgrades. Engine has the same base but has been rebuilt almost entirely.

Well it'll definitely be the best Halo game Bungie has created and without question one of the best games of 2010. Whether it's GOTY or not is debatable. There are so many games this year I can see the vote being rather close no matter who wins.

I wouldn't read too much into the trademark. It could be as simple as for things in there Bungie store. There new game after Reach has already been confirmed as brand new.
That last little bit about the HDD is pretty interesting. The newest podcast also talks about the audio and how many different sounds go into something. It really is crazy.

Well it certainly would be cool if Insomniac would make multiplat games. It would only help them make money. It wont hurt Sony or help MS that much. Only Insomniac. And that's great for an independent studio.
The point is; if reviews don't matter then why care either way? By saying they don't matter means that whether bogus or fair there is no reason for you to care. So to comment about how bogus it is when you aren't suppose to care kind of contradicts itself.
